Info: Rezenerate Facials™

A Rezenerate Facial™ immediately helps to improve tone, texture, and balance, and restores a healthy, refreshed glow to your skin. The epidermal layer of the skin is rejuvenated and the conditioned skin retains a healthy plumpness, minimizing the look of fine lines and wrinkles by the end of even your initial treatment. You walk out feeling and looking amazing with the full benefits of the Rezenerate Facials™ having just begun.

In the next days to come

The groundbreaking nanotechnology used in the Rezenerate Wand™ allows for maximum absorption of professional use only targeted serums. Whether you’re combatting aging, blemishes, sunspots or other skin issues–direct delivery of our serums right to the edge of the dermal layer will restore the ideal micro-environment your skin needs for optimal function and regeneration. In a matter of days, a brand new, smoother, more radiant and even toned layer of skin will start to appear.

Over the course of two weeks

The delivery of targeted serums to the top of the dermal layer in conjunction with the Rezenerate Facials™, awakens the skin’s collagen-producing cells, which become sluggish and stagnant as we age.  Over the course of just two weeks, the skin firmness and elasticity are increased. Combined with the other brilliant results achieved by The Rezenerate Facial™, skin is left with an invigorated, youthful appearance. Long-term improvements can continue to be seen for weeks even after a single facial.

How invasive is the facial? Does it hurt

The Rezenerate facial is non-invasive and causes no pain or discomfort, even on thin bone covered areas like the bridge of the nose, the forehead, and around the eyes. That being said, it is important to follow the instructions provided in the Rezenerate Manual and Facial Protocol and carefully review the training videos.

Can Rezenerate be used on active blemishes

Since the Rezenerate Chip does not reach or break the dermis, there is no risk of cross-contamination. We recommend that the blemish free areas be conditioned first, before moving on to the troubled areas, which is done at the end of a Rezenerate facial. You may want to use a targeted serum specifically for the troubled areas to help aid in recovery.

Can I use chips on multiple customers? What about using the same chip on the same customer on a different visit?

No. The chips are laboratory sealed in a clean room to minimize any risk of infection. Each chip is for single use only and can be discarded in any ordinary waste basket immediately after use. As the chip is used, it accumulates skin cells from the skin's surface and those cells accumulate on the base of the silicon chip which limits the chips ability to deliver nutrients effectively. Only new chips will provide maximum results.

How often can I get a Rezenerate Facial?

For improvements on specific indications, its recommended to get a Rezenerate Facial every 7 - 10 days, for regular maintenance or for simply rejuvenating the skin, 10 - 14 days is the recommended time between facials.

Does the Rezenerate System stimulate collagen and elastin?

The Rezenerate Wand in and of itself does not directly stimulate collagen and elastin, however, when used in conjunction with targeted serums, you are able to elicit just the right response without over stimulating the body and risking an adverse reaction.

How long is the recovery period?

There is no extended recovery period and customers can usually apply makeup and go out a few minutes after the facial is complete. Some customers may experience a slight redness or tingling for a few hours after the facial depending on how aggressively the aesthetician administers it. We recommend applying a cooling face mask or other cooling tool post facial. An SPF moisturizer of 40 or higher should be applied before the client leaves the spa, and they should wear SPF for the next 7 days.

Will it damage my fillers or Botox?

No, since fillers and Botox are injected deep into the dermis, the Rezenerate system will not adversely affect your injections. The Rezenerate System can, however, reduce how frequently you may need to get such injections.

Can I use other modalities with Rezenerate

Yes, you can use other modalities, and it is often encouraged in order to achieve the maximum possible results. Often times a microdermabrasion is administered before a Rezenerate Facial, and after the facial, experts use LED, micro current, etc. (Refer to Rezenerate and other modalities in the Rezenerate manual and Facial Protocol book).

Can I use this device in my state?

There is no state board that prohibits estheticians from using the Rezenerate System as the system is specifically designed to only condition in the uppermost layers of the stratum corneum (as opposed to devices that engage or damage the dermis). The Rezenerate System is used to perform facials, not medical treatments or procedures and as such Rezenerate makes no medical claims. While it remains the responsibility of the esthetician to understand the scope of their license, we have had no issues with any state board as relates to estheticians using the Rezenerate System. Estheticians, by definition, are trained to be experts in the uppermost levels of the stratum corneum which is why a minimum requirement of an esthetician license is needed for purchase/use and sales to non-estheticians are prohibited.
