Cancellation Policy/Tardiness

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.



Update: Starting 10.25.13 New clients will be required to pay a 50% of service deposit to schedule your appt. If a no-show is incurred, the deposit will be forfeited. The balance will be required after the service is completed.

Payment & balances due after services rendered for current and new clients


10 minutes past your appt time, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will need to make arrangements to reschedule your appt for another day.

5 minutes for brow services due to the short period of the service.


You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

For same Day cancellations, or phone-call no-shows, you will be charged 50% of the price of your scheduled service will be added to your future service. Please send an email to 3 hours prior to your appt. time or text 202-681-2769 with name, appt time, etc.

No Show

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service upon your next visit. 

If a client has several appointments scheduled for months out and is a no-show without future contact, all future appointments will be canceled. The client will have to pay up front to reschedule and pay for the missed appointment.

My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you're late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you no show, you'll  be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and stay on time within reason as well.
